Starting from 6 April 2012, a couple where at least one partner is entitled to Carer’s Allowance may qualify for Working Tax Credit, including the childcare element, when at least one partner works at least 16 hours per week. Call the Tax Credit Office on 0345 300 3900 as soon as possible to make a claim.
