If you feel that you are not receiving the right amount, you may want to check that your current award is based on your correct financial information and that you have notified the tax credit helpline of any changes in your situation.

If you are paying for registered childcare services, this can be included in your claim for Working Tax Credit. Contact the Tax Credit Helpline on 0845 300 3900 and let them know about your change in circumstances.
